Thank Your Customers the Old-Fashioned Way

Take a few minutes once a week to send hand-written thank you notes to some of your better customers. Check your POS system or the sales receipts for the week, and choose two or three customers and send a thank you. They will appreciate you recognizing their business and they’ll be sure to tell their friends about your kindness, and your store! Go one better and include a coupon that they can give to a friend.
